Connect & Grow
At The Chapel, we believe that you can’t do life alone. Our Growth Groups are all about doing life together.
What is a Growth Group?
In our Growth Groups we will study the Scriptures together… but Growth Groups are not primarily Bible studies.
In our Growth Groups we will serve others in our community together… but Growth Groups are not primarily a service organization.
In our Growth Groups we will pray together… but Growth Groups are not primarily prayer meetings.
Growth Groups are, first and foremost, a context for the people of God to practice the life of faith as it’s described in this passage from 1 Peter. In Growth Groups we have a tangible context where we can love one another earnestly, show hospitality, and use the gifts we’ve received from the Holy Spirit to serve each other.
Each of our groups look a little different. Some are open to anyone and others are tailor-made for specific groups. Growth Groups meet in homes or online at different times throughout the week. Meetings typically last between 1½ to 2 hours. All groups typically meet for 10 consecutive weeks in the fall, winter and spring with a break between each session and time off during the summer.
If you are new to The Chapel, we would be happy to help you find a group that is near you and works with your schedule! For more information, you can contact us anytime.
