Counseling at The Chapel

The Chapel is pleased to announce an affiliation agreement for Christian Counseling Services with Janet Vinson.

Christian Counseling, incorporating the abundant resources of Scriptural wisdom and truth, approaches life’s challenges with practical application and reachable goals. This process occurs within a loving and safe environment promoting restoration and transformation.

Counseling is done in one hour sessions on-site at The Chapel – Littlestown. In order to make these services available and affordable the cost is $40 per session. Insurance and credit cards are not accepted. Confidential financial assistance can be requested by members of the church family.

About Janet Vinson

In 2008, Janet graduated from Biblical Seminary in Hatfield, PA, with a Masters in Counseling and has been actively working in the counseling field ever since. Her experience includes positions at several local churches, a college, an out patient addiction recovery clinic, and facilitator of multiple support groups. Janet and her husband, David, became members at The Chapel in November 2022, and both are seeking to utilize their spiritual gifting in their new community.

Janet’s goal is to make professional Christian counseling both available and affordable within the local church body. She emphasizes practical application of scriptural truth to life issues as well as offering perspective on how life challenges resonate authentically with God’s Word.
