Our Staff
Scott Morgan
Senior Pastor
Scott serves as the Senior Pastor at the The Chapel – Littlestown. Prior to joining the leadership team at The Chapel in 1996, he ministered as a youth pastor and pastor at two other churches in Hagerstown and Westminster, MD. Scott is a 1981 graduate of Washington Bible College in Lanham, MD and received his Master of Divinity in 2009 from the Seminary and School of Missions at Columbia International University in Columbia, SC. His greatest joys are to teach God’s Word with clarity and relevance, and to be used by God to instill courage in others. Scott enjoys reading, sharing a good laugh, riding bikes, and dining on tasty cuisine from different cultures. He and his wife, Dawn, who is also a 1981 graduate of Washington Bible College, are the proud parents of five adult children and are delighted to be Papa and Nina to their eight grandchildren.
Joshua Stratton
Pastor
Josh serves as Pastor at The Chapel – Hanover. He has been in ministry at The Chapel since the spring of 2003. Josh received a BA from Bloomsburg University in Communication and a MA from Bethel Seminary in Transformational Leadership. He and his wife, Amy, were married in 2004 and live in Hanover, PA with their beautiful children: Brianna, Josiana, and Levi. They both are very passionate about the local church and seeing people develop an intimate relationship with Jesus Christ.
Laura Fried
Children’s Ministry Director – Littlestown
Laura Fried is the Children’s Ministry Director at The Chapel – Littlestown. She and her husband, Ben, live in Taneytown, MD.
Liz Hossler
Children’s Ministry Director – Hanover
Liz Hossler is the Children’s Ministry Director at The Chapel – Hanover. She and her husband, Jay, live in Hanover, PA with their two daughters, Agbigal and Gracie.
Kaycee Conover
Shared Services Director
Administrative Assistant – Hanover
Kaycee has been attending The Chapel since 2010 and started serving with Ignition Student Ministry is 2015. In 2020, she became involved with launching our Hanover location where she is now the Administrative Assistant. She currently lives in Hanover, PA, with her husband, Mike and 3 children: Brooke, Lucie, and Reid. Kaycee and her family enjoy playing board games and hanging out with friends and family.
Vickie Collins
Administrative Assistant – Littlestown
Vickie is the administrative assistant at The Chapel – Littlestown. She began working here in 2014. Before coming to The Chapel, she was the office manager at Henson Paving Company, where she was employed for 31 years. Vickie enjoys classic movies, reading, cross-stitching, and spending time with her husband, Chris and their family. The Collins reside in New Oxford, PA.
Ethan ZakÂ
Student ministry Director
Ethan Zak (EZ) serves as the Student Ministry Director at The Chapel. He joined the staff in 2025 after previously serving in student ministry leadership. Ethan earned his BS in Social Work and his MPA in Law and Public Policy. His desire is to help students build and maintain a genuine faith in Christ through biblical teaching, authentic relationships, and meaningful discipleship. Ethan’s greatest joy is his wife, Molly, although she might say it’s their dog, Lewis. Together, Ethan and Molly enjoy traveling and try to visit a new country whenever they can.
Christine Foltz
ACCOUNTANT
Christine Foltz is the Chapel’s Accountant. She has been working with the financials at the Chapel since 2022. She acquired her BS in Accounting from York College of PA and dual AS degrees from YBI, in Accounting and Computer Science. When she isn’t serving the church, Chris works full-time running Hill Woodworks, a business she owns with her husband, Royce. Chris and Royce live in Hanover and love spending time with their three children: Royce II, Lacey, and Zack.
Randi MillsÂ
CommunicationS Director
Randi Mills serves as the Communications Director at The Chapel. She received her degree in graphic design from Bradley Academy for the Visual Arts in York, PA and spent several years working within the design field. She and her husband, Jesse, live in Taneytown, MD with their three daughters, Natalie, Delilah, and Noelle. Aside from digital design, Randi loves being creative with paints and charcoal, sewing Christmas stockings, reading, going camping, bacon, homeschooling and a good cup of tea.
