We will be using a video study by Margaret Feinberg titled “Fight Back with Joy”. There is a book and workbook that available. The workbook is highly recommended but there is daily homework, which will be very beneficial. When you sign up, please let us know if you would like just the book (which is $10), just the workbook (which is $15), or both. The book is also available used, so if you would like to get that yourself, you can let us know when you sign up.
