While the huge surge of COVID-19 cases in our area and across the Commonwealth is a cause for alarm, the elders desire to balance community health and safety with the spiritual needs of the church family. To that end, we will continue to hold in-person worship services on Sunday mornings at 10:30 a.m. with the following changes:
- There will be no children’s ministry or nursery offered.
- There will be no live band performing. Worship music will be prerecorded by Dan and Emily Davis.
Both of the live, in-person Christmas Eve services have been cancelled. We will offer a Candlelight and Carols at Home Christmas Eve service online that evening.
Everyone who attends an in-person worship service at the Chapel must wear a mask at all times while they are in the building. Remember to practice social distancing and sanitize your hands frequently. The high-touch areas will be disinfected before and after services.
If you choose to join us for live worship services, you must register online ahead of time. At this time, seating is limited to 100 attendees. Reservations will be on a first come, first served basis. We ask that you continue to sign up each week for each service you plan to attend.
If you have any kind of pre-existing medical condition that makes you particularly vulnerable to COVID-19, please stay home!
If you have any cold- or flu-like symptoms (runny nose, scratchy throat, fever, body aches, headache, loss of taste and/or smell, etc) please stay home! Please see our Health Policy for more information.
If you have any questions, please send them to Vickie Collins (office@littlestownchapel.org) who will forward it the appropriate pastor or elder.
Thank you!
